6.75 (above average) It's different, but I don't know if that's a good thing in this case. Some screwed up characters in it, which added to the psychological factor, which I actually liked. But, it slowly morphed into a mish-mash of something out there with the supernatural.

9.50 (excellent) A series of artistic mastery - simplistic but wonderfully paced. It features stories that are touching enough to make me cry for a bamboo tree. Don't ask. Just watch it.

8.00 (good) I thought the anime had a few animation inconsistencies to it - I thought the art looked better in the manga. It can be over dramatic, but it has compelling characters and good romance situations.

6.25 (average) My second series when I was getting into anime. Now, I know enough series to realize that this wasn't much for quality - Shippuuden or otherwise. Read the manga before even bothering to watch this filler wrought mess.

8.00 (good) Did it release here in the States? I saw it on a Turner Classic Movie special. It was down to earth, and I found myself compelled to watch it all the way through.

Ouran High School Host Club

8.75 (very good) One of the funniest series out there. The artwork isn't lazy, and the characters are very likable. Who knew a host club could be so much fun?

8.75 (very good) Probably one of my favorite Miyazaki movies ever. It's a little heavy in the lore and legend with spirits and such, but it's an awesome movie.

9.25 (very good) This series was nearly flawless; it only had a few inconsistencies, and some might complain about how whiny the main character is but I actually sympathized with him. I loved this show!

9.25 (very good) Absolutely adored this movie! Entertaining all the way through, and it's bound to make you laugh. The animation is on par with Miyazaki films, and the dubs for both Japanese and English are very well done.

Sword of the Stranger

7.75 (good) Over the top, reminded me of Samurai Champloo action and intensity. I liked it though; BONES did a decent job.

Tales of Symphonia

6.50 (above average) Not that faithful to the game, but not entirely terrible. They just made the OVAs too short to show the full extent of the major plot from the game.

The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

Last Updated: Apr 07, 2011

8.50 (very good) Mainstream or not, this series is funny. My brother and I loved its wittiness, over-the-top, and dry humor. Awesome parody and solid characters with good dubbing.

The Sky Crawlers

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Apr 13, 2011

5.50 (average) One of the most boring movies I've ever seen. It tries to raise a moral dilemma with clones and like or that's what I assumed. But it didn't do a very good job of it.

Tokyo Majin

Last Updated: Dec 19, 2010

7.00 (above average) A series when I was younger in my fandom years. I thought it was really cool; still do but just not as much. Pacing was a little slow, and the script was quirky.

8.75 (very good) At first, I didn't realize how awesome this series was going to be. I'm so glad I sat down and watched it - a classic and it's amazing.

Trinity Blood

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Apr 13, 2011

8.75 (very good) A futuristic, alien vampires fighting the Catholic Church / Inquisition movie with a more than solid English dub. The only problem it has is the ending, but considering the original author died, I think it's forgivable, and the director did a decent job.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle

Seen: completely; Own: completely;

Last Updated: Apr 13, 2011

7.25 (above average) The long series is good with super animation but falls short at the end. The OVAs are wonderful and stick to the manga in an accurate way.

8.00 (good) I really like this series. The character design, which is lanky and such, is an acquired taste. However, it's detailed, and it had likable characters.
